Hands up if you find yourself working extremely hard on jobs to give your clients the best events ever only to find at the end you’ve actually made little or no money – or worse still – that, because you just added a little extra here and there to make it really special, the job/s actually cost you money?!

We will discuss what we believe are the 5 most important ‘how-tos’ in a small service business and will discuss in detail:
1. arrange and conduct the first meeting with your client;
2. be personable & friendly while keeping your relationship on a professional level;
3. correctly calculate the costing of your clients requirements (from a single bouquet to a full blown major event);
4. prepare a professional quote for your client;
5. how & when to follow up on the quote to close the deal.

CLASS DETAILS
- this class is open to anyone interested in improving their business acumen. You do not have to have any previous business or floral experience to enrol in this class.
- all notes and stationery are all included in the cost of the class
- for Work Health & Safety purpose we request all students wear fully enclosed comfortable footwear.
- all SFS classes & courses require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed
- you will be contacted should enrolments not meet the minimum required number & a transfer to a future date or credit note will be offered
